Born in Sicily where she was fathered by an Italian Politician and mothered by a Roman Provider of Denarian Silk. Ersilia had a rare beauty about her, namely her magenta eyes, French Vanilla skin, and dark brown hair. As a child, she was home schooled in both academics and learning the dance of Politics from her father. He was a man who hated to lose, and going up against a Sicilian Representative of The Immortal was the last nail on the coffin. But this did not matter to Ersilia.

She was afraid of both men. Although the Immortal was only told in bold whispers to get women swooning and men resorting to baser instincts. In order to get away from the dark clutches of Italia, she took whatever work where she could find it, saving up every coin she had to escape on a ship towards points unknown. As she got older however, a sickness brewed from territories that were unavoidable for "rare beauties". The Immortal's Millenia name day was upon the people: a birthday celebration to commemorate the years he traveled between dimensions.

From the time the First Evil took precedence over the planet, to Cassandra Rayne's sacrifice in battle, to becoming the wealthiest sentient being in Europe, the Immortal had a lot to be grateful for, especially within the company of women.

During the Millenia event, 14 girls of class, beauty, and ravenous appetite to rival his own would be chosen to take back to his Villa as birthday gifts he would unwrap in every way he knew how. Ersilia was the fifteenth girl at 23 years of age to be taken hostage by his servants after an ugly disagreement her father caused. After spending five months at the Villa with the other girls of Italian, French, and Swedish descent, Ersilia began to believe the rumors were in fact true. She was "chosen".
